Aspiro Wilderness Adventure Therapy is a premier Youth program for struggling and troubled teens ages 13-18. Aspiro Group has three separate, licensed programs divided by age, clinical needs and gender - all utilizing the State of Utah's beautiful countryside for their therapeutic expeditions.

We help youth ages 13-18 struggling with a multitude of behavioral and emotional issues including:
ADHD, anger management, depression, family relationships, impulse control, peer pressure, self-esteem, substance abuse, oppositional defiance, grief/loss issues, communication, and academic struggles.
